Solidarity with people of Brussels and victims of terrorists

FABI , UNI Europa and its 7 million members express(es) solidarity with the people of Brussels and the victims of  the terrible bomb attacks.

“Our thoughts are first of all with the innocent victims and their families,” said Oliver Roethig, UNI Europa Regional Secretary. “I am relieved that all UNI Europa staff are safe.”

“We stand together faced with this and too many other terrorist attacks across Europe and the world. We must not allow ourselves to be divided but need to defend our values of human rights, democracy and a free society.”

“We will not permit racism  and xenophobia, fear and hate to take over. Individuals are to blame and need to be brought to justice. We are stronger than them.”
